Refunds After the Event

Refund Request Window

If you do not spend the full top-up value, you will be able to claim a refund for the remaining balance.

Refunds must be claimed between Tuesday, 11th November 00:01 and Thursday, 13th November 23:59 following the event.

The deadline to submit refund requests is Thursday 13th November at 23:59 AST. After this period, you will be unable to claim any refunds.



Refund Policy

Minimum refundable balance: $10

❌ Balances of $10 or less are not eligible for refund

A $2.50 processing fee applies to all refunds

Refunds will be processed 5-7 working days after the deadline

Promotional credits or bonus top-ups are non-refundable


Example:

Balance: $10.00 → ❌ No refund

Balance: $15.00 → ✅ $15.00 - $2.50 = $12.50 refunded



How to Submit a Refund Request

Step 1: Log Into Your Account Within The Refund Timeframe Window

  1. Visit: https://cashless.idasfest.com/eventos/recarga/3227
  2. Click the refund request button.

Step 2: Add Bank Details

  1. Add the bank account you'd like to receive the refund to.
  2. Make sure to hit confirm at the bottom once you've added and checked the details.

Step 3: Email Confirmation

  1. Once requested, you should receive an email confirming your refund request.

Step 1: Register Your Wristband using your Weekend ticket.

  1. Visit: https://cashless.idasfest.com/eventos/recarga/3227 

  2. Enter your ticket QR/ barcode number. This can be found in the on your main weekender ticket PDF, below the QR code Example: {1aa1a111-1a11-1111-1aa1-11a111a11a11}

  3. Provide your name, email, and phone number (if required)


Step 2: Add Funds

  1. Tap “Top Up” after logging in

  2. Choose your top-up amount from $75, $150, $250, $500

  3. Select your payment method:

  4. Credit/Debit Card

  5. Apple Pay / Google Pay

Flexible top-up amounts will be available on-site (top up by any value you wish)


Step 3: Confirm & Pay

  1. Review your top-up details

  2. Tap “Confirm” and complete the payment

  3. After you’ve topped up, you will be able to see the transaction on your profile (on the same site). From here, you can download the receipt if needed.


Step 4: Check Your Balance

  1. Log in anytime here

  2. Or check at a ‘Top-Up Portal’ on-site at the event 

Step 1: Register Your Wristband (if not done so already)

  1. Scan the QR code on your wristband (if you have this already) to top up or
  2. Visit https://cashless.idasfest.com/eventos/recarga/3227 and enter your bar code.
  3. Provide your name, email, and phone number (if required)

Wi-Fi will be available at each venue, but for the best connectivity, we encourage you to top up while at your hotel.


Step 2: Add Funds Online

  1. Tap “Top Up” after logging in

  2. Enter your top-up amount

  3. Select your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay


Step 3: Confirm & Pay

  1. Review your top-up details

  2. Tap “Confirm” and complete the payment

  3. After you’ve topped up, you will be able to see the transaction on your profile (on the same site). From here, you can download the receipt if needed.

  2. Or check at a ‘Top-Up Portal’ on-site at the event

•⁠  ⁠A minimum refundable balance of $10 applies. If your remaining balance is $10 or less, it will not be eligible for a refund.

•⁠  ⁠A $2.50 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

•⁠  ⁠Refunds must be claimed between Tuesday, 11th November 00:01 and Thursday, 13th November 23:59 following the event, which finishes on Monday, 10th November. 

•⁠  ⁠The deadline to submit refund requests is Thursday, 13th November at 23:59.

•⁠  ⁠All refunds will be processed 2-3 working days after the refund period ends, however it can take a little longer depending on your bank.

•⁠  ⁠Promotional top-up incentives or free credits are not eligible for a refund.


Example:

Balance: $10.00 → ❌ No refund

Balance: €15.00 → ✅ €15.00 - $2.50 = $12.50 refunded
